JULEP

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz of FOVE Amber Acerum
• 1/4 oz of maple syrup
• 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
• Crushed ice
• 8 mint leaves

PREPARATION

1. In a glass, muddle the mint leaves with the maple syrup using a muddler.
2. Add the Acerum, then fill the glass with crushed ice.
3. Stir with a spoon until the glass is well chilled.
4. Add a bit more crushed ice to form a dome.
5. Add the 2 dashes of bitters.
6. Garnish with mint leaves.
